Biography

Marwan is a reputed Emirati advocate who brings decades of experience to our practice, making him one of the most prominent litigation lawyers in the United Arab Emirates. He currently heads the litigation practice at Fotis International Law Firm, and is authorized to practice in all courts in the UAE, including the honorable Federal Court of Cassation, and the Courts of Cassation in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. Marwan has a proven track record of representing clients in contentious matters, including civil law, commercial law, criminal law, and other areas of litigation. Boasting one of highest success rates in Dubai, Marwan rose to prominence in the late 2000s amongst the MNC community, Emirati citizens and individual expatriates alike.

He has a particular interest in medical malpractice and real estate disputes and has achieved notable success in numerous court cases and settlements for various clients, including government and semi-government entities. Marwan is a highly respected legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution and regulatory matters.
